Background information
Genito develops and supplies ergonomic chairs for schools, institutions and industry - with a focus on durability, function and sustainability. To ensure high quality and flexibility in deliveries, Genito chose Antex Plast as a production partner for a large number of their plastic components.
The solution
At Antex Plast, we currently produce seat shells, backrests and other plastic parts for several of Genito's most popular models. The components are designed to withstand daily use in demanding environments - and are produced in impact-resistant plastic, with the option of using recycled material. We deliver in both standard and custom colors, depending on the customer's wishes and the design line of the project.
From the start, we have worked closely together on product optimization and form tools so that the components are not only functional - but also easy to assemble, stable in use and adapted to stackability, weight and cleanability.
The result
With Antex Plast as a production partner, Genito has achieved a flexible and local supply chain that can scale as needed - and that meets the requirements for environmental responsibility, Danish quality and ergonomic functionality. We continue to produce for Genito, and new models and upgraded components are continuously developed.
