Once we've talked about your idea, we'll find out what types of plastic you want the product to be made of. You don't need to know anything about plastics and we will be happy to help you. We will talk about the advantages and disadvantages of using the different types of plastic.
Prototype

You will have the option to choose whether you would like to have a prototype made in 3D printing. There you would be able to see how your item will look in the chosen plastic type.
Mold tooling
Mold tooling
Once the idea design and plastic type is chosen, we are ready to let our toolmakers take a look at your product. In a short time they will have made a calculation of what your tool will cost to manufacture. Once the quote is approved by you, they will start making the tool and when they have a tool ready to make parts, you will receive the first samples so you can approve the parts or you have corrections to make before your production is underway.

Now we're ready to put your idea into production. Here, everything will be automated as much as possible to minimize waste of time and resources.
