Background information
After proving that we were up to the task of producing Montana Grid, a new trust and opportunity arose: Montana Furniture wanted to expand the collaboration with Antex Plast to include more of their plastic components.
The solution
We have since developed and produced a wide range of plastic parts for Montana's furniture systems. The components span several material types - including nylon, polypropylene (PP), ABS, TPE and 2K molding (two-component). Some items require flexibility and softness, others rigidity, strength and color accuracy - all with Montana's well-known requirements for aesthetics and function.
This close collaboration means that we often contribute already in the design phase, optimizing components for both form and function - without compromising on production economy or sustainability.
The result
Montana now has a local and flexible production partner that can deliver precise, high-quality parts - with short delivery times and proven materials. For us at Antex Plast, the collaboration has helped develop our capacity, know-how and technical setup - especially within 2K production and material combinations.
